7. Deposits and withdrawals from the account

7.1 In order to participate in the games of chance provided by the Website, you must make a deposit in your Personal Account.

If a security check reveals a violation of this clause, the entire amount of winnings will be confiscated in favor of the Company.
7.4 The Company refuses to accept any cash sent to us. The Company reserves the right to seek the assistance of third party organizations and/or financial institutions to process electronic payments and/or payment to you, but only if the terms and conditions of such organizations and/or financial institutions for processing electronic payments do not conflict with the provisions of the applicable Rules. You automatically agree to be bound by such regulations.
7.5 The Company has the right at any time to set off a positive balance on your account in favor of the amount owed to the Company by you as a debt, including re-bids under clauses 4.5 ("Duplicate Accounts"), 8 ("Fraud, Misrepresentation, Collusion and Unlawful Acts") or 13 ("Software Errors").
7.6 You agree to the fact that the Personal Account is not subject to insurance, guarantee, replenishment or any other protection by bank insurance, deposit insurance or any other similar systems, as it is not a bank account.  No interest is accrued on the funds placed on the Personal Account.
7.7 You have the right to request a withdrawal from Your Account at any time provided that:
7.7.1 All payments made to Your Account have been reviewed for eligibility for all actions, and no payments have been canceled or reversed.
7.8 If you need to apply for a withdrawal, please consider the following details:

8. Misconduct, fraud, misrepresentation, conspiracy and unlawful acts

8.1 The following activities are unacceptable and are considered as violations of the Rules:
8.1.1. refusing to execute earlier transactions and denying any payments made by you in favor of the Company ("fraud")
8.1.2. use of the site by a person under the legal age.
8.1.3. providing incomplete, false, inaccurate and/or misleading information (including personal information), and other violations of KYC policies.
8.1.4. creating duplicate accounts
8.1.5. actions that may damage the Company and its reputation
8.1.6. using a risk-free playing strategy that guarantees an absolute advantage over the casino ("abusing");
8.1.7. use of automated players ("bots"), use of software bugs, malware, illegal or fraudulent actions;

8.1.9. fraud, as well as actions related to the use of stolen or otherwise illegally obtained data of bank cards or other payment systems to deposit funds to the Personal Account, including via third-party services and/or software.

8.2 In the event of a violation of the rules by you, the Company has the right, at its own discretion, to:
8.2.1. demand to stop the actions if they violate the Rules by sending a notice to your contact address;
8.2.2. give prior notice of blocking the Personal Account (but are not obliged to do so)
8.2.3. take appropriate measures to identify those involved in the violation of the Rules
8.2.4. suspend, cancel or withdraw winnings and payments of bonus funds (bonuses, points, etc.), cancel bets made
8.2.5. withhold from the Player's Personal Account the amount of winnings and bonuses received as a result of a material breach of the Rules
8.2.6. refuse access to the Website, suspend access to the Personal Account and its Duplicates, invalidate all transactions and/or seize funds at any time without prior notice.
8.2.7. to transfer information about violations of the rules to the relevant law enforcement authorities, law enforcement credit organizations. You remain obliged to continue cooperation with the Company in order to investigate all circumstances.
8.2.8. to demand refund of amounts for payments made earlier, to engage collection agencies for refund of payments.
8.3 The Company is not obliged to compensate any funds in favor of violators of the rules
8.4 If there are suspicions of fraudulent actions or player's participation in collusion, you are required to notify us immediately by contacting the support service or email [email protected].
8.5 The Company has no obligation to return or compensate the funds placed on the Personal Account, Duplicate Account or in the form of bonuses at the time of your violation of the rules.
8.6 The Company is not responsible for the unauthorized use of bank cards, even if there is a report of theft of the bank card.
8.7. You agree to compensate the Company for all claims, costs, expenses and other expenses caused by your breach of the Rules.

9. Other prohibited actions on the website

27. Bonus policy

27.1 If a player or group of players are abusing casino bonuses, the Company has the right to confiscate any winnings and close the player's account(s).
Bonus abuse includes (but is not limited to):
27.2 Placing a wager of the maximum amount allowed under the bonus terms and conditions to increase variance and increase the balance.
27.3. Reducing the bet size after a big win and/or continuing to play a less volatile game.
27.4. Rounds played in the Jackpot, Table Games and Live Casino categories do not qualify for bonuses, including Cashback.
27.5 Once an account has been flagged as abusing bonuses, it is prohibited to use any other bonuses and/or participate in the Company's promotions.
27.6 Wagering requirements may be attached to bonuses. These requirements will be appropriately reflected in the bonus description. For wagering bonuses it is necessary to use funds from the real balance and winnings will be credited to the bonus balance. Once the wagering requirements are met, the bonus balance amount will be added to the real balance. Creating a withdrawal request when there is an unplayed bonus will result in a withdrawal error. 27.7 Bonuses can be claimed once per person (Client), per household, per address, per mobile phone, per shared computer and per shared IP address. If the rules are breached, the Company has the right to confiscate any winnings, disallow bonuses and close the player's account(s). Risk-free bets on any games or services do not count towards fulfillment of the wagering requirements.
27.8. The maximum amount that can be won from the non-deposit bonus free spins and gameplay with the specified bonus funds is 30 $/€ or the equivalent in any other currency. Any winnings from non-deposit bonuses exceeding 30 $/€ after fulfillment of the wagering requirements will be canceled.
